Supporting our youth at home, school and in the community

Welcome to the Link School PTA website.  If you are a PTA member, thank you for your support.  If you are not a member, we encourage you to join the PTA to help enhance your child's school experience.  There are many opportunities for you to become involved with the PTA.  Membership does not require a large time commitment, but does give you a voice in the programs, activities and services we provide in support of our children.

The PTA meets the second Thursday of each month, alternating between afternoon and evening meetings.  Please join us.  Click here for a meeting schedule.

The Link School PTA is a proud member of the National PTA, the Illinois PTA, and the Schaumburg Township Council of PTAs.  The mission of the PTA is

  • To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;
  • To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children;
  • To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

At our local level PTAs serve as a forum where parents, teachers, administrators, and other concerned adults discuss ways to promote quality education, strive to expand the arts, encourage community involvement, and work for a healthy environment and safe neighborhoods.
